2008 Rates & Reservation Requests
May 15 - September 15

Rates are based upon 2 Adults and up to 2 Children. Each Extra Adult: $15.00 • Each Extra Child: $8.00 Children must be 9 years old and good swimmers to camp on riverfront sites. Only 2 Adults may camp on a site in our Ash tenting area. Only 4 Adults may camp on a site in our Oak or Hickory.

All visitors must register and pay fee upon entering the campground. If a visitor departs within 20 minutes, visitor fee will be reimbursed.

Proof of Rabies Shots is Required for all Pets

Discounts

Pay for 6 nights and get 7th night free.
Monthly - 30% discounted from 3 Night or More Rate.
In order to receive discounts,
reservations must be made in advance and rates paid upon registration.

2008 Seasonal Sites

Seasonal sites are available from May 1, 2008 until October 1, 2008. A site fee of $2,350 includes winter storage, water, underground sewer, and a personal electric meter. A $50 discount is extended if paid in full before October 1, 2007. Otherwise, winter payment plans are available. Site fees include 2 adults and as many as 4 dependent children. Additional Information
Deposits	50% of Stay (payable by cash, check or MasterCard/Visa.) Payment in Full for Holiday Weekends.
Minimum Stays	3-Day Reservation Required for Memorial Day & Labor Day. 4-Night Reservation Required for the Fourth of July.
Refunds	2 Weeks Notification of Cancellation required. 10% Processing Fee for Cancellations. Seasonal deposits are not refunded.
Trash	Please put trash in dumpsters by the office.
Check-In / Out	Check-In Time is 2:00PM. Check-Out Time is 12:00 Noon.

Reservation Requests

You are encouraged to use the following online form in order to request a reservation for a campsite at Exeter Elms Campground. Please complete this entire form prior to pressing the "Submit" button. Items marked with an asterisk (*) indicate required fields. Please understand that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. For your convenience, we accept Visa & MasterCard. If you need to confirm your reservation immediately or would like to make a reservation for an arrival within less than 48 hours, please call us during normal business hours.

We only check our e-mail once every 24 hours, so you should expect our e-mail reply within 48 hours of the submission of your reservation request. If space is not available for the date(s) requested, we will convey our regrets. If space is available, we will call you for credit card information. For this reason, it is very important that you provide us with both day and evening telephone numbers.

If you prefer to do things the old-fashioned way, we are still very happy to do what we've been doing for 24 years - accepting telephone reservations toll-free at 1 866 778-7631, during normal business hours. Either way, we look forward to your visit!

Dogs must be leashed at all times, never to be left unattended or locked in vehicles. If you are not on the campground, neither is your pet. You must provide proof of rabies shots.

Ash tenting sites are limited to 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 18. Maximum # of adults on other sites is 4. Children must be 9 years of age and good swimmers to camp on riverfront sites.

By submitting this reservation request, you hereby acknowledge and accept the following regulations: Exeter Fire Department: All fires must be fully extinguished during drought conditions or fire bans. Flames must not be above knee height. Town of Exeter: No firearms, BB guns, slingshots, or air guns permitted on the campground. Dogs must be leashed at all times. New Hampshire State Laws: The use of all fireworks, including sparklers, is prohibited on the campground. Moving or tampering with designated fire pits is prohibited. Exeter Elms Campground: Quiet Hours are enforced between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. Dog owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and must never leave animals locked in vehicles or unattended on campground. All mess should be picked up. Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children, each of whom should be back on their own site by 10:00PM quiet time. No lifeguards are on duty at any time.
